The NIS Training calendar for January - June of 2010 is now available.

If you would like to attend a class be sure to register online since space for these classes is limited. Failure to register online could result in non-admittance to the class.
ACH Email Address for Vendors

On August 31, 2009, a new program was implemented in NIS. This program will send an e-mail message to each vendor with an e-mail address on file or employee receiving an ACH payment through Accounts Payable from the State of Nebraska. This message will be sent when the payment group is created by AS State Accounting and the payment normally follows within the next 2 business days. This is an effort to provide information to those vendors receiving ACH payments from the State of Nebraska but receiving minimal detail on the ACH addenda coming from their financial institutions. No bank information will be contained in the e-mails sent to the vendors.

Microsoft has released Internet Explorer 8.0. We have received reports some users have installed Internet Explorer 8.0 and have experienced compatibility issues with NIS. At this time JD Edwards has not stated Internet Explorer 8.0 is compatible with NIS. It is our recommendation to use Internet Explorer 7.0 when working with NIS.
Easier Way To Print Paystubs

There is an easy and simple way to print your paystub in NIS in seven steps.
